About Us

Are you ready to outwit, outplay, and outlast? Survivor LU brings the thrill of the reality TV show to Liberty’s campus! Compete with fellow students in a game filled with strategy, social gameplay, and heart-pounding challenges for a chance to win $100. Divided into tribes, you’ll face a variety of challenges designed to test your physical, mental, and social skills. Build relationships, make big moves, and navigate twists as you vie for the title of Sole Survivor in this ultimate college competition!

There are several ways you can be a part of Survivor LU...

SEASON

A season consists of 16-20 students who meet once a week to compete for $100 and the title of Sole Survivor. Apply for our semester-long competition where you will get to build lasting friendships and memories.

ONE-DAYS

Experience Survivor in just one Saturday! With fun themes and twists, these are great for any past players looking for redemption or new players who want to try it out and meet new people. We host a few a semester so click the link to see what's available.

EVENTS

Throughout the semester, we try to host game nights, watch parties, and other fun events. Follow the Instagram or email us to be sent updates for these.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the commitment to do a season?

Our seasons normally begin the third week of the semester. We meet once a week for a challenge and tribal council. Players are required to be there for every week they are still in. Anything outside of that is up to you!

Do I have to know about the show to play?

Nope! While having Survivor knowledge would give you some background for playing, we've had many players (and winners) who have never seen the show. We will give you a better explanation of the game as the season approaches.

What if I am not available for an entire semester?

As it is a semester-long commitment, we encourage you not to apply if you cannot participate for a whole semester. We totally understand that there may be a week or two where there are prior commitments, but if it will be frequent then a season may not be the right fit.
But good news! Our one-days are perfect for this situation as it gives you the opportunity to experience an entire survivor game without the commitment of a whole semester.

What kinds of challenges are done?

We do our best to make sure there are a wide range of challenges that are suited for everyone. Common challenges include running, balancing, puzzles, memory, strength, teamwork, speed, or any combination of those. Check out our IG for some previous challenge footage.

How can I apply to be on the season?

Start by filling out the application at the bottom of this page. After that, we will reach out to you for more information. Contestants are chosen by the team based of the information given so make sure to be detailed in anything you send us!
